Christian Shalgian spoke at the Maryland Chapters Annual Meeting that was held on November 12, 2009. Christian is the Director, Division of Advocacy & Health Policy: American College of Surgeons, Washington, DC. Christians Topic: "Health Care Reform: What Does It Mean For Surgeons?" The Maryland Chapter of the ACS would like to give thanks to Christian for a successful evening.
